It’s important to keep your iD14 MKII firmware up to date to ensure you have the latest fixes and improvements.
macOS
Connect your iD14 MKII and open the Audient iD app.
If a firmware update is available, follow the on-screen instructions to install it.
Windows
Connect your iD14 MKII and make sure the Audient iD app is running.
Right-click the iD icon in the Windows system tray and select Check for Updates.
If an update is available, follow the on-screen instructions to install it.
Once the update has completed, disconnect and reconnect the USB cable to restart the iD14 MKII and apply the firmware update.
