How Do I Send My System Information?

Sometimes when you write into our Tech Support team they will ask you to provide them a system report of your computer. We can find valuable information in these reports which will often help us to diagnose the issue you may have. We understand that this is something that most users have not done before. Therefore here is a tutorial that will make this process very easy.

MAC:

On a Macintosh computer follow these steps:

1. Click the apple logo in the top left.
2. Click on about this mac.
3. Click on system report.
4. File > Save.
5. Attached the saved file to the email you send to our Tech Support agent.

Windows:

On a Windows computer follow these steps:

1. Press Windows Key + R.
2. Type "MSINFO32" and press ok.
3. File > Save
4. Attached the saved file to the email you send to our Tech Support agent.
