If you have downloaded and installed the iD drivers but can't find the iD mixer please follow the steps below.
Windows
If you're using Windows, the iD mixer will be in your taskbar on the bottom right of the screen. Click the upwards facing arrow and you should see the iD icon in there, right click to open the quick settings panel, and double click to directly open the iD mixer.
Mac
If you're using a Mac, the iD icon will also be in the taskbar, however this is different to Windows.
Look to the top right hand side of your Mac screen and you should see an iD icon in there, right click to open the quick settings, and double click to directly open the mixer.
If you have checked in these places, and still cannot find the iD icon, please check the steps below.
Further Troubleshooting
Windows
It's possible the iD application is showing on the regular taskbar, with light backgrounds this can make the icon harder to see. Check the screenshot below in case it's shown in this location instead:
Otherwise, if you still cannot see it, right click your taskbar, and select taskbar settings -
Once the taskbar settings page has opened, select "other system tray icons" and ensure that both "hidden icon menu" and "iD" are enabled:
Mac
With Macbooks in particular, due to a bug with the notch implementation, it may be hiding the iD icon. To resolve this, grab an icon on the menu bar, hold down "CMD" and drag the icon, you should then see other icons appear and you should then see "iD".
If after trying all the above steps, you still cannot see the iD icon. Please reach out to our support team who will be happy to assist further.
