If a firmware update is interrupted, there is a chance that the front panel image may have not been installed causing the device to not be able to reboot to install the FPGA or turn on entirely.
If a cable is pulled out or power lost during firmware update, may cause the device to not turn on
Users need to boot up in recovery mode to then run the firmware update via Horizon Control
- Unplug
- Hold control wheel
- Plug device back in
- Keep holding control wheel for 10 seconds
- Release control wheel and horizon device name flashes twice (identify)
- Then update firmware
