If you try and import a Sound ID Reference Profile to an ORIA Mini that has older firmware, there may be incompatibility issues, and you'll see the following error message:
To resolve this, you'll need to update the firmware on your unit to a supported version. To do this, in the ORIA Control desktop software, go to hte menu bar and click 'Help > Check for Firmware Updates'. You'll then be prompted to install the latest version directly from our update server, and this process should only take a minute.

Once the new firmware has been installed, you can re-import the Profile file, and it should now work correctly.
If your computer does not have an internet connection to download the new firmware from our update server, please raise a ticket with our support team, and we'll be able to assist you with an offline update.
