If you've created an overly complex setup or are having routing issues then it may be useful to reset the EVO Mixer application back to it's default settings.
macOS
Firstly, quit the app by going to the EVO menu in the menu bar and selecting "Quit"
Next, open a finder WIndow and in the menu bar, open the Go menu and hold the ALT key on your keyboard > Library > Application Support > Audient > EVO > state.xml
Delete the "state.xml" file by dragging it to the Trash can. Now reopen the EVO app and the mixer will have been reset.
Windows
First QUIT the app by going to the EVO menu in the system tray.
Open the File Explorer and navigate to following location:
(C:) > Users > yourusername > AppData > Roaming > Audient > EVO > state.xml
If AppData isn't showing up then you may need to enable hidden items.
- On Windows 7 - Go to "Organise" and click "Folder and search options", in the following window navigate to the "View" tab and make sure that " Show hidden files, folders and drives" is selected.
- On Windows 8 and 10 - Go to "View" and make sure than "Show Hidden Items" is selected.
Delete the "state.xml" file by dragging it to the Recycling Bin. Now reopen the EVO app and the mixer will have been reset.
