How to Update the iD4 MKII Firmware
It’s important to keep your iD4 MKII firmware up to date to ensure you have the latest fixes and improvements.
macOS
Connect your iD4 MKII and open the Audient iD app.
If a firmware update is available, you will be prompted to install it. Follow the on-screen instructions and allow the update to complete.
Windows
Connect your iD4 MKII and make sure the Audient iD app is running.
Right-click the iD icon in the Windows system tray and select Check for Updates.
If an update is available, follow the on-screen instructions to install it.
Once the update has completed, disconnect and reconnect the USB cable to restart the iD4 MKII and apply the firmware update.
If the firmware update fails:
Disconnect and reconnect the iD4 MKII, reopen the Audient iD app and try the update again. If the update continues to fail, please contact Audient Support.
