The EVO SP8 uses its USB port in order to be updated with the latest features and improvements from our software team. This port does not allow you to use the device like a USB audio interface or access the EVO mixer.
In order to use the EVO mixer with the SP8, you would need to connect the unit to an EVO 16 which acts as the center of the EVO expanded system.
