Yes! You can use both the Preamp and DI inputs at the same time and each input has its own gain control. You can also pan the two inputs left and right using the Monitor Pan function, simply hold down the 'Mute Speakers' and 'iD' buttons and then turn the encoder. The LED meters will then show the rough position of each channel from far left to far right.
