FAQ - Does my DAW Support Scroll Control?

Scroll Control allows you to change levels and alter settings on your DAW using the large silver knob on your iD14. This is super useful for writing automation and 'riding the levels' during mixing and tracking.

Scroll Control will work with any DAW that offers scroll wheel functionality. To test if it'll work with your DAW, simply boot up your favourite DAW and hover your mouse over some faders and knobs and move the scroll wheel on your mouse. If you are able to change the setting this way then you will be able to do it with Scroll Control.

Known to be Compatible:

  • Logic
  • ProTools
  • Cubase/Nuendo
  • Adobe Audition
  • Samplitude (Limited functionality)
  • Traktor (Great for DJs!!!)
  • Waves
  • Native Instruments
  • Presonus Studio One v3

We are currently in talks with DAW developers to include this function in future releases of their DAW's so if your chosen DAW isn't in this list, we hope it will be soon.

(Ps. Its also a great way to cheat at The 100 Meter Scroll )

I have an ID22 Hearing, I want it to work with traktor 2.9, but I must surely be wrong in the configuration in the plug-in Adient or my setup routing in traktor or both? I wish I had an assignment for each track corresponding to a track on my mixer off the tracks but two stand out on a single track on my table. Someone could help me!
    Thank you in advance.
